Initial Theory Research

I am currently concentrating on researching theories of film, such as formalism, namely Russian formalism, including Propp's character theory.

This research will be crucial in enhancing the audience engagement of our piece. For example, by researching Lev Kuleshov, the group will be able to manipulate the Kuleshov effect, to improve the fluidity of the sequence.
